Diagnostic & Repair is a fixed price service carried out in our workshop, the cost of any parts required are not included, but a quotation for your approval will be given to you before we proceed.
Windows Re-installation
Over time your PC can begin to slow down and become unstable to use which can be very frustrating.
In many cases the best solution is to re-install Windows, many people are surprised at the new lease of life this can give their machine. If you have ever fallen foul of a Virus or Spyware attack, a re-installation is a great way to ensure that your system is free from nasties!

Whether you are simply looking to increase the speed or storage capacity of your PC, we can advise, supply and install a wide variety of upgrades to your PC including; RAM, Hard Drives, DVD-RW, Graphics Cards and Network Cards to name but a few.

PC Health-check
PC’s have a habit of attracting dust and fluff (even in the cleanest of houses!), this can have a number of effects, the most noticeable being the fans in your computer become noisier.
The effects that you cant see are more serious, fluff and dust build up over the components in your computer and act like a blanket, preventing heat from dissipating. This excessive heat can lead to the early failure of components, resulting in potentially expensive replacement parts.
With our PC Heath-check, we thoroughly clean the inside and outside of your computer, testing all of the cooling fans to leave your machine like new. We then set to work cleaning up the Hard Drive and carrying out driver and Windows updates. Finally we ensure that your computer is Virus and Spyware free and carry out a last phase of diagnostic testing to ensure your computer is running optimally.
